### 1/5 — Avoid Using at All Costs.

I have had several terrible experiences particularly with the customer support team using this app, and my most recent one has been so appalling & has left me baffled by the lack of regard that this company clearly has for their users who spend their hard-earned money to receive a service through their app, they do not fulfill that service, & their support team essentially says “too bad, deal with it.”
To provide context for my most recent experience, I used the Ten Bis app to order $130+ worth of groceries delivered to my home. The particular store I ordered the groceries from on the app apparently fulfills the orders themselves using their own couriers, not Ten Bis’ couriers, and after placing an order on the app with them, I received an SMS from the grocery store with a link to track my order. 
After waiting nearly 2 hours & still had not received my order, I checked the tracking link which said that my order had been delivered to my home. I checked outside of my door to see if the courier left it outside, nothing was there. I contacted Ten Bis’ Customer Support Team via their chat, informed them of the situation, and sent them a screenshot from the tracking link that claimed my order had arrived when it in fact had not, therefore, I was requesting a full refund. After nearly 2 hours of back & forth with the Support Team member, they said that I needed to contact them the following day because they needed to talk with the grocery store about the situation, and it was late in the evening, so they would only be able to do so the following day. 
The following day, I contacted the Support Team again to inquire about my refund for the order that I did not received, again, they went back & forth with me again, and eventually told me that they couldn’t get ahold of the grocery store, so they had to speak with me again the following day. This happened for 5 days. 5 days, they told me that they were unable to get in touch with one of their largest grocery store partners & kept putting me off.
Finally, today, I reached back out AGAIN, and they said that they finally got ahold of the grocery store, the store told them that the order was delivered, and so there is nothing that they can do, I am not getting my money back.
I am astounded at the fact that not only did I pay them to receive groceries that were never provided to me, but then I had to contact them repeatedly over the course of five days for them to tell me that they aren’t going to do anything. 
I am not accusing Ten Bis as a company of anything officially, but if I pay money to anyone or an entity for a good or service, and that person or entity does not provide me what I paid them for, and also does not reimburse me for what I did not receive, I would call that theft. I would call that stealing from me. Again, I am not accusing them of this, but this is my experience from today, and any rational person would come to this conclusion from this situation as it occurred. 
Do yourself a favor, don’t use this app. Save your money, go to Wolt or another one of their competitors, don’t give them your hard earned money- unless you enjoy gambling your money away paying for a service that you may or may not receive, but either way, you’re not getting that money back.

מאוד לא מומלץ להזמין אוכל מהאפליקציה הזאת!
החלטתי להזמין מ״תן ביס״ פעם נוספת לאחר שבפעם אחרונה שהזמנתי מהם המתנתי למשלוח יותר משעה וגם הפעם השירות שלהם היה פשוט מתחת לכל ביקורת!
לאחר שהפעם המתנתי להזמנתי במשך שעה וארבעים דקות נאלצתי לבטל אותה 
כי שירות הלקוחות לא היה יכול לתת לי אפילו זמן משוער למתי המשלוח יבוא
בקיצור תחסכו מעצמכם את כאב הראש ותזמינו מאפליקציה אחרת.

Ten bis is so much inferior to Wolt, it’s ridiculous. Their restaurant selection especially on Fridays is extremely limited. And we’ve had several orders not delivered due to some problems that occurred after we’d placed them. The support team is responsive and issues refunds but what good does it do when you have hungry teenagers waiting for their meals?!

אפליקציה שבנויה באופן גרוע, לא נגיש, מיושן. יש הרבה פעולות שאי אפשר לעשות בה והיא מפנה לאתר אינטרנט. שירות לקוחות הכי גרוע שנתקלתי בו בחיים. מחקו לי את המשתמש ואז אומרים לי שוב ושוב להתחבר אליו למרות שאין לי אפשרות. לא פותחים משתמש חדש ופשוט נעלם הכסף שאני מקבלת מהחברה בגללם.
