应孩子要求，提前近一个月定下来春节期间全家去北京旅游，由于春节期间景区门票不好抢，且北京各景点分布比较散，而且孩子想旅游的同时去参观自己感兴趣的几所高校，所以选择了途牛家庭定制团，也就是一家三口的私人定制团。全程旅游下来，最大的感受是春节期间游客暴多，上哪都是人挤人，还有就是北京是一个历史底蕴深厚的古都，一定要有导游讲解才能真正领略到精髓所在。感谢张浩导游全程热情的陪同接待、耐心细致的讲解以及不辞劳苦的专车接送，还能根据客人的需求进行适当行程的调整，满足了孩子的愿望，非常感谢！

抱着试试的态度第一次在途牛下订单，客服鲍袁园不厌其烦，下班时间依然耐心接待，应我的需求给我选到了非常合适的精品小团，司机兼导游阿军也是很热情，让我们了解到了云南各少数民族的特征，此团住的酒店简直太好了，我对住的要求还是有一点高的，这几天的酒店让我和女儿都很满意，以后旅游还会找途牛，还会找鲍袁园。
