### 4/5 — Great keyboard to type Farsi if you don’t know how to write Farsi but know how words sound

*2024-10-30*

I like this app a lot. It’s super helpful if you want to type Farsi but you know the sounds of the words and are not skilled at typing in Farsi. I hope the app improves over time. The translation UI isn’t as good. The text types black on dark grey background.

### 4/5 — Can app translate?

*2019-12-23*

Wish app could translate - not sure, but I can only write my message in transliterates Farsi and the app puts it in Farsi alphabet. Is this how app should work? It is good for that use.

### 4/5 — Copy & Paste feature

*2019-10-04*

Great app but if you add copy an paste feature at farsi part, it would be great. It will be easier for customer to just copy the Farsi content and use it wherever he/she wants

### 5/5 — so so so helpful!!!!!

*2019-01-13*

one of the best tools i have for learning Persian :)

### 4/5 — Good but copying is hard

*2018-09-30*

Has a good interface and good transliteration, but copying to take the Farsi text elsewhere is hard and not clear.

### 5/5 — Incredible!!

*2017-12-03*

Thank you to the wonderful people who made this app. I love Iran, and I love using this app. Oh, to the non Persian speakers: The correct word for our language is Persian. Farsi is how you say Persian in Persian. But while speaking English the correct word should be used, i.e.: Persian. Otherwise, it's as if you'd say "I studied Deutsch in college." The reason it's important to say "Persia," is that otherwise the typology of the language would become unknown, and no one would get a clue about the location and genealogy related to the language. 💕💕💕

### 5/5 — عالي!

### 1/5 — Thoughts

*2024-02-01*

Marked it as 1 star to get dev’s attention, it is 5 out of 5 and will update later to change.

Samilik khoshtip, bebin, I need a favour. This app is awesome the problem I have is how much data it is mining and how intrusive it is. I do get that you are doing it for the ads snd you have the right to do so.

I have a counter proposition: remake this app clean without anything collected, literally zero. No ads, provide a couple of updates per year, and set a decent price for it?

I can tell you, i would personally be happy paying £9.99 for it. I wont pay £14.99 and beyond.

If you want the best option snd engagement, make it free for 10 days, then offer a yearly subscription of £4.99 or a one time lifetime purchase of £14.99 with the option to restore as well as support for family sharing option provided by Apple.

The current application is great, adding a full Persian keyboard as well as English keyboard would be a huge positive.

Why would people choose your app? Include a Persian sticker section and copyright it as the first ever Persian Sticker Market. This section could host Persian memes, Persian poetry, Persian food, and Persian channels. People could easily share them anywhere, especially in iMessage, Whatdapp, and Telegram.

Want extra money? Charge Persian websites a one time fee as well as a continues fee. In return you will assess them and their content and decide if they can be shared under official Persian Channels people could visit (you are charging them for advertising for them but in a fair way, not the usual khaye maali Iranians do). Create a discord server for free to host official presence snd allow those that paid for subscription or lifetime to receive flair as well as the ability to use their stickers on Discord.

I would have done this myself but I’m extremely busy and you are talented. I have been trying to lean typing Parsi but it is very slow and I type extremely fast, then I searched and found your app. Then I saw how much data is collected and given my background I am aware how damaging this can be to certain users such as myself.

Either way, damet garm, omidvaran in fekre naab to ke hich kas va hich ja behet majani offer nemide ro azash estefade behine bebari. If you need more help, contact me or email me, I will try to fit you in when I’m off work.

### 1/5 — Caution this is a keyboard tracker!!!

*2023-01-12*

Only works if you Allow Full access, which means it is full keyboard tracker, logging everything and sending that info to who knows where. You’ve got to me so naive to allow this app to track your key strokes. No thanks

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. The Keyboard has been designed to require full access in order to provide optimal functionality for converting Pinglish to Farsi letters. This is because certain transliteration processes cannot be completed solely on the device. We assure you that our privacy policy strictly prohibits the transmission of any sensitive information to our servers, and only the minimal data necessary for the functionality of the app is utilized. We take our users' privacy very seriously and have implemented several measures to ensure the protection of our users' information. We apologize for any confusion and misunderstanding that this may have caused and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

### 1/5 — The other way round?!

*2019-08-20*

Hello - can you do it the other way round too? So I can write something in English, translate it into Farsi, then use your app to transliterate to finglish?

### 1/5 — Good

*2017-02-04, version 2.1*

Very good

### 1/5 — Orientation issue

*2014-08-15, version 2.0*

Keypad covers half the screen while typing and can't scroll. If you have a typo it stops converting everything else going forward - totally useless at this stage - needs work

### 1/5 — Funny

*2011-12-10, version 1.0*

Doesnt work in ipad

### 3/5 — Physical Keyboard

*2025-01-03*

Great app but doesn’t work with physical keyboard. Can that be fixed?

### 3/5 — No support for the official standard 2012

*2023-09-20, version 3.8*

Please add proper support for the UN-approved romanization of Persian, dated to 2012. Iranian government is actively working on implementing the terms of the document all across the country. This new standard better represents the phonology and aesthetic value of writing Persian with Latin script.

Basically these sounds (Aa, Kh, Ch, Zh, Sh, Gh) are typed as (Ā, X, Č, Ž, Š, Q) and "ezafe" suffixes are marked by "-e" and "-ye". Apostrophe mark ' is used to indicate pauses in the middle of a word (like Ta'ne/طعنه) and «» in place of quotation marks in Persian.

### 3/5 — Farsi Nevis

*2019-01-07*

Thanks for providing this software. For the most part it’s fine.
But sometimes the typing does not go true and cannot email it either.

Best Balash

### 3/5 — Annoying Ads

*2017-11-08*

The old app was much better. Get rid of the ads or have an option for a purchase version without ads.
Every time you type something and then you go to copy an ad pops up. Real Annoying. Besides ads it’s very good.

### 5/5 — Allows you to write in Farsi using the English keyboard

*2023-07-24*

I'm an English speaker who has been learning Farsi for a few years. I've tried a lot of different Farsi keyboard apps, but this one is by far the best. The interface is very smooth and easy to use, and the translation feature is incredibly accurate. I can text my Farsi speaker friends by typing in English and the app will automatically translate my words into Farsi. This is a huge help for me when I'm trying to write in Farsi, as I don't have to worry about remembering the correct spelling or grammar.
I also love that the app allows me to write in Farsi using the English keyboard. This is really convenient, as I don't have to switch keyboards or learn a new one. I can just type as I normally would, and the app will translate my words into Farsi.
Overall, I highly recommend this app to anyone who is learning Farsi or who needs to write in Farsi on a regular basis. It's the best Farsi keyboard app I've ever used, and it's made learning Farsi a lot easier.

Pros:
Smooth and easy-to-use interface
Accurate translation feature
Allows you to write in Farsi using the English keyboard

Cons:
None that I've found

Overall:
This is a fantastic app for anyone who is learning Farsi or who needs to write in Farsi on a regular basis. It's easy to use, accurate, and convenient. I highly recommend it.
