## What is 春季养生汤?

春季饮食清淡,喝汤也颇讲究。春季煲汤不要太油腻、忌燥热。原材料可选用瘦肉、禽类、鱼为主,药材可以选用党参、沙参、枸杞、百合、淮山等。春季天气变化大,人容易感冒,而且比较燥热、潮湿,可以在煲汤时放些晒干的桔子皮,或起锅前放入卷好的整根葱,可以去湿、顺气。
