The app no longer offers other languages. Better off using the WeChat/Alipay mini-app because those at least offer some level of translation.

App works fine. You can place orders, it’s fluid, all that.

Update in 2025 removed the option to change languages so it’s stuck in 中文。

There’s no difference between the native app and the WeChat mini-app now, but WeChat actually has a translate function to attempt to help you at least.

Don’t download this app. Just scan the WeChat code or search for the mini-app now. Your international Starbucks account can’t be used here anyway so you probably have it bound to your WeChat or Alipay account. Why let this take up space on your Home Screen?

The advertisements for this app are very misleading. They use large fonts to promote "Free Vouchers," making you think you’re getting a free coffee. In reality, it’s only a small discount or a free add-on that requires a full purchase. It feels like a "clickbait" trap just to get people to download the app. Very disappointed.

一个快40元一杯的咖啡，还得看你的启动屏广告，再接一个弹窗广告，再接一个毛也没用的弹窗礼包，我点10元的瑞幸体验都比你好？ 你到底考广告赚钱还是靠咖啡赚钱？ 我点开App等半天才能点单，看一堆广告才能扫会员，浪费这么多时间点你一杯咖啡？你会觉得我对看你两个广告之后会愿意更高得消费？还是排在我后面的人多等我几分钟看完广告他会更开心？ 星巴克是怎么落寞成这样的，看来是世占还是太高了。不行我和皮爷去，不行我和Tim去。

I really appreciate the atmosphere in Starbucks. I like soft armchairs and soothing music in the background. I love coming to Starbucks when it is not too busy with my favorite book. For me it is a cozy place to sip coffee and enjoy the magic of books. I would love to see more people reading rather than scrolling here ;)

非常棒，说真的，我认为你们应该加一个像肯德基/汉堡王那样的到店点单功能，不觉得那样非常赞嘛？  嗯，还有啊！为了节约时间，你们应该来一个提前点单，然后，到店里直接拿走啊！这些其他软件（比如口碑什么的）都已经有了啊！ 嗯，我的意思是：你们自己没能想出这种突破性的点子不怪你们，但是！不至于别人都想出来了已经！然后，你们还不去学，这实在是说不过去了好吧！嗯，加油，毕竟传统企业都有他们自己的经营模式，要彻底改变的确有难度的。不然哪那么多前浪被拍死在沙滩上？ 嗯，然后，放心，星巴克至少二三十年内是没可能被拍死的。

星巴克这个礼包实用，优惠了会员，星巴克也绑定客户的消费量。我是星巴克金卡会员十几年了，从来还没有看到有这样礼包，星巴克销售不灵活，就是实打实买咖啡，很少有优惠，现在竞争太激烈了，咖啡厅像雨后春笋般的出来了，选择就越来越多，我就是哪家优惠就去哪家。这次星巴克给我发了通知，我算一下还是挺优惠的，马上买了月卡7折劵，希望星巴克多有这样优惠活动。

感觉疫情前也没有那么喜欢、但是被封控的三个月里、连超市售卖的产品都感觉到非常不错😌、解封后的第一反应就是几个人约着去店里门口线上下单门口与外卖小哥“劫单”（可以支持外卖、但是不能支持堂食）大费周折的就是为了尽快能喝上它！
