Incredibly difficult to sign up or log in. When you signed up successfully, it asks you to log in again and it wouldn’t go through! Last time I use it, people are name calling and giving verb abuse to you but the app obviously could NOT do anything to protect you. They only protect the sellers who can bring them profit, no matter how vile those sellers are.

Never use again. Very disappointing experience. I reported a seller for scamming and submitted multiple pieces of evidence, including detailed chat records, but Xianyu still claimed that there was “insufficient evidence” and refused to take meaningful action.

It is extremely frustrating to see a platform demand evidence from victims, then ignore the evidence provided while allowing suspicious sellers to continue using the platform with little consequence. This kind of handling does not make users feel protected. Instead, it feels like scammers are being protected more than the people who report them.

A marketplace should take fraud reports seriously and have a fair, transparent appeal process. Based on my experience, Xianyu has failed to provide adequate protection for buyers.
