Хорошее, функциональное, понятное приложение. 
Пользуюсь банком не один год, проблем никогда не было! Вопросы решились компетентно и быстро.
Кэшбэк 1,5% со всего (за редким исключением). Плюс хороший подбор партнеров организаций с повышенным кэшбэком.
Единственное что огорчает, отсутствие возможности сделать вклад…но это не напрямую вина банка. Это наша реальность текущая такова ((

Заканчивайте выбрасывать меня из аккаунта если я какой-то время не захожу в него! Я не менял телефон, Какой смысл??? В самый неподходящий момент тебе нужно вспоминать или сбрасывать длинный пароль

Банк, в отличие от остальных в рф, зачем-то показывает отчество получателя при переводе по СБП. Остальные банки показывают только имя и первую букву фамилии, что значительно безопасней. С добавлением же отчества уже значительно проще злоумышленникам при желании установить личность человека и получить все остальные его личные данные, учитывая то, что банк им открыто показывает уже почти всё ФИО только по номеру телефона, который можно очень легко взять откуда-нибудь в интернете. 
Но и в целом, даже если не говорить про мошенников, это неоправданное нарушение конфиденциальности клиентов банка. Не с пустого места остальные банки этого не делают. ИСПРАВЬТЕ ЭТУ СИТУАЦИЮ!

Я пользуюсь этим банком более 5 лет и проблем не было вообще, к тому же приложение можно скачать в AppStore без всяких костылей, что несомненно является огромным плюсом, поддержка быстрая и адекватная. Рекомендую!

Привезли карту дебетовую, представитель под часа в уши зудел про банк и карту, после встречи через 3 часа пришло смс с текстом мы не можем вам предоставить доступ. Дебилизм, Вы сперва рассмотрите заявку, потом везите карту, а не наоборот. Ну я не расстроился) банков много, дебетовую все с радостью дают кроме этого «чуда».
