This app hasn’t been updated in 4 years. It crashes immediately when opening

Been a customer for a while.  Tried to cancel.  

They keep saying that they will call me back.  

Trying to get them to pick up the machine for months.  

They never call back and keep sending me letters that I need to pay for machine they refuse to pick up.
