On June 28, I bought a ticket via the app but couldn’t attend due to heavy rain. I contacted customer service before the movie started and was told no refund or reschedule was possible. Later, they claimed rescheduling was allowed—but they never informed me in time. The theater confirmed no one from the platform contacted them before the movie, contrary to Tao Piaopiao’s lies. They stalled until the movie started just to deny my request. Disgusting behavior.
