アクセス設定をしたくても表示されないので使えません。

アクセス許可したくても、設定のプライバシーのカメラの項目に出てこない。
次に行った時に使いたいので、何とかして欲しいです。何度もアンインストールしてやり直してみても同じなのです。よろしくお願いします。
