16年3ヶ月が区切りで、新たな寿司ネタやトッピングを開拓しながら創作寿司を作り、寿司コンクールで優勝を目指すゲーム。何回かやり直しても客層の増やし方で開拓できる寿司ネタやトッピングが大きく変わるので、wikiを見ながらでも16年3ヶ月でコンクールを制覇するのは難しいです。
16年3ヶ月を超えても続けられるので、のんびり攻略するのもアリ。

面白いです。カイロソフトさんのゲームはいくつか遊んでて、ラーメン屋さんとかの飲食系のゲームよりもお住まい物語やクルーズ大紀行、湯けむり温泉などが好きな私にとってもすごく遊びやすいゲームでした！
カイロソフトのゲームの好きなところは、(やり込みが好きだからかもしれないけど)クリア後の難しい要素がある所です！コンクールとか難しくて面白かったです！
まだ一周目なので、ハイスコア更新目指して頑張ります！

コンクールの難易度が高く、それがむしろやりがいになって最後まで楽しめました。すしを開発するのも楽しく、巻き寿司など直感的に正解が分からない作りの寿司もあって、一筋縄ではいかない感じがグルメ系のゲームを攻略している感じがして良かったです。
