现在的互联网太浮躁了，我坚持不下去本心的时候，就会来刷一刷人民日报的短视频。我有很严重的焦虑症和强迫症，晚上睡觉时手机的光会让我很难睡着，想到耳边有一个手机也会觉得很难受。所以我会把手机倒扣过来，听里面的声音。如果有后台听视频选项就好了，希望可以调整

之前每次打比赛的时候，中间讨论的时候，我们队的AD辅助还有上单都必须一人一看，看这个提神，不过当时看的好像不是人民日报的这个，今天我看一下这个媒体，他们说不看这个打比赛的时候就犯困，因为我们打比赛有时候是10点有时候是12点比赛，就是，不看一会吧，他们犯困，我们ADC打比赛的时候都要看一会，然后我每天下午开播，不午睡的话也有点困，看一会这个人民日报，下午直播再也不困了，这个人民日报这个媒体确实不一样啊，劲道够啊，个个都是大瓜，看一看啊，集集劲爆，我觉得人民日报这个媒体看起来，不扎眼啊，还不塌房，确实有东西
