富的历史人文底蕴。天下大同APP旨在展现大同城市面貌和历史人文精神，打造大同市数字城市名片。

大同市数字政府整合线下政务办理资源和公共服务资源，为大同市市民办理政务提供便捷的线上窗口，快速响应市民政务办事需求，
实现市民足不出户、掌上办事的优质高效服务流程体验。

-居民市域治理的参与通道
大同居民可通过天下大同城市综合服务平台APP快速参与市域治理建设，及时反映群众生活诉求，提升大众主人翁意识，共同建打造
