## What is 我在忙?

我在忙是自由职业者技能共享平台，通过满足需求方“专业的人做专业的事”与解决技能方“闲时即焦虑、副业是刚需”的双重诉求，提高供需匹配效率。我在忙能够即时帮助有互联网线上需求的需求方对接具备相应专业技能和盈余时间的技能方。既帮助需求方快速解决需求，同时帮助技能方增加收入，使两者在效率和利益上达到最大化。 

我在忙推出了需求外包和人才雇佣两种服务模式。两种服务模式均包括运营、设计、产品、开发等线上项目服务。其中需求外包服务为短期任务类接单模式，由需求方分阶段设置交付节点，技能方确认接单合作后，需按照节点任务准时足量上传交付内容；人才雇佣模式为签约时间类雇佣模式，由技能方自定义设置每日工作时间、收费标准等，需求方确认签约合作后，技能方需按照需求方分配的每日工作任务提供交付内容。
