根本没单子 一天想要纯靠系统排20单都跑不了 我在我城市单子最多的商圈都不派单 有些时候等一个小时才来一单 大厅里面全是别人转出来的垃圾单 你想要靠接转单来跑多一点根本不现实

我给全是人情分，因为小组长和负责的调度的都对我很好很照顾新人，脾气也很好。其他的希望入职之前可以说清楚，兼职和暑假工要提前多久离职，学生要提前十五天打报告十五天之后才能离职，直接离五块钱一单算两块钱，很不划算。还有就是我是月底29号入职的，就上两天班，不知道要交保险，没满半个月就按半个月的算扣一百多保险，结果那个月工资为负数。希望这些可以提前给新人说清楚

系统的智能派单只看方向，中间隔着一座山，只要你去一个方向就派给你，超时的单子最后几分钟点不了送达，手机信号满格显示网络转圈，超时了自动点送达了，新版本导航烂的一批，不人性化，道路不准确，定位不准确，装备抽查前摄像头反方向识别不了，绑定的装备不认可，蓝骑士装备有时效性，是装备质量问题吗，还是过了时间就变脆了，一个头盔用一年就得换，不是装备质量问题，是做没有用的额外费用，不整改系统，不看平台好坏，只管做出来，维护好平台就可以，其他事情和开发者，蜂鸟公司，第三方承包者没有关系，苦了骑手……
