They don’t know that the ISA doesn’t use IBAN, so any one in the USA cannot register. Specifically asked for them to add a 2023 Hybrid Santa Fe and after 3 emails and 2.5 months of wait they only added a 2021 ! And with 63% customers instead of 47% as they category and two years of ownership would lead to. Any new deal in the USA has no problem adding all the car models and years of make in one day, why don’t those people have the same KG knowledge ability. I’m like thousands here who do not trust the whole process. I wish the announcement for the Egyptian abroad is true and transparent. All of us want to help our beloved country but not this rigged way. Doesn’t even have the most common cars and mostly expensive, luxury brands. Maserati, Ferrari? Come on get real Ministry! We’re not all millionaires. Can’t even put in a request for a new make/model unless the brand of car is in the list. So many obstacles to get this done!
