This is unacceptable for a live service game with time-limited events. I wasted precious time and missed important opportunities. When the game was finally fixed, I spent more than 40 summons and only got an old agent. After such a long downtime, this feels like an insult to loyal players. The developers must provide a clear explanation, guarantee this will not happen again, and issue proper compensation (summoning tokens, event resources, or equivalent rewards).
