## What is 广东自贸通?

该平台支持手机端（APP）和电脑端操作使用，将为企业免费提供5大“一键式”便捷服务。
查询我国和进口国之间的最惠国和所有自贸协定的优惠税率。一键对比选择最低税率，计算相应货值下最高税费差额，帮助企业做好关税筹划，降低经营成本。
判定是否享受自贸协定优惠税率。企业只需点击相应自贸协定，输入出口商品HS编码，就可以按照系统原产地规则的判定提示，确定商品是否符合享惠条件，并准确得出商品在自贸协定中的优惠类型，同时解决企业商品备案优惠类型代码难以选择问题。
提交商品备案和原产地证书申请。企业可以随时随地进行原产地证申报，与中国贸促会原产地证申报系统实现一键直连，支持智能判定优惠类型，帮助企业提升办证时效，提高贸易便利化水平。
获取自贸协定政策及资讯。平台汇集了RCEP、中韩、中澳、中国—东盟等19个已签订的自贸协定的政策、规则和数据资源，帮助企业全面把握关税减让走势，科学调整贸易策略，选择最优供应链。
一键查询单证情况与历史记录。平台自动同步历史智能判定记录、商品备案清单与原产地证书审核结果，企业可快速完成制单工作。另外，平台支持出口商/进口商/生产商的基础信息维护，便于备案时调用填写所需内容。
