你们在更新的时候自己有用过吗？横屏放大之后退出的返回键跟时间重叠在一起退出都按个老半天，而且在放大界面也不能调倍速，也不能调声音，我请问了究竟是谁更新的？自己有用吗？不会做就别更新了行吗

开发者能不能听取一下反馈意见，新版更新了课程回放反而没有之前的好用了。之前有的长按快进快退功能现在没有了，反应还特别迟钝，倍速功能也没有了，快进快退15秒的按键特别小，没有原来好用了。点进视频加载的时间特别长

倍速播放不能轻按屏幕想什么时候停就什么时候停，一点都不灵活，还有如果关了弹幕就没法暂停，要把弹幕开下来才有关闭按键，一点都不灵活

平时不评论的 无论我是在手机端还是平板端或是电脑端 能把界面做的那么难用 我也真是绷不住了 手机端小程序相对快捷 但是播放设置 课程序列超级不好用 最近又一直在维修 登不进去 电脑端的界面竟然是手机界面 那么大的屏幕愣是刷起了竖屏抖音的效果 真不知道在面向的群体是谁 可以多借鉴一下其他平台的UI界面设计 那么好的资源 不要浪费在这种上面呀！

小鹅通为钟平逻辑英语提供学员参加直播课时长数据，存在大量不实数据，只有登录时间，不提供退出时间，严重怀疑小鹅通和钟平逻辑英语串通造假，帮助钟平逻辑英语虚假宣传，以奖品为诱饵，再以控制数据权为手段，欺诈学员。

新版的防盗水印简直是灾难。黑色字体又深又粗，在白色课件背景下像路灯一样刺眼。虽然是横向滚动，但正好在中间偏上的视线核心区飘来飘去，动态吸引注意力，眼睛根本没法聚焦在内容上，看十分钟就心烦意乱。
理解防盗，但不能以牺牲用户体验为代价吧？这种“防贼式”设计逼得人想退课！强烈要求把水印改成浅灰色半透明！ 不改坚决不给五星！

设置后密码后要求退出登录使用密码登陆，然后就提示未设置密码，要求验证码登陆，一直这样循环，这种基本的功能性BUG都有，贵司的测试是干什么吃的？
视频播放还不能点击进度条跳到某个时间点，只能长按拖动

近期通过微信小鹅通上课发现不能后台播放，反馈给上课的客服，客服回复这个问题已经反馈给小鹅通公司，公司这边表示不能解决，我就想问下，这个技术问题也不是很难解决的，为什么就不从消费者的体验考虑去改进一下？

为什么一开倍速画面卡住显示网络差了？双击不能暂停长按不能倍速画面不能放大后台不能播放也没用画中画功能，看视频功能难受得要死比大部分澳门威尼斯网站还差，如果我买正版课的体验还不如网盘甚至比网盘差很多我为什么不去pdd买个几毛钱的好过画几百几千受罪？本来想支持正版也要因为这个难用的软件不想支持了
