오다와라시는 가나가와현의 서부에 위치하고 신칸센을 비롯해 많은 철도가 운행하는 터미널 역을 가지고 있으며 하코네 및 이즈 방면으로 가는 관문이 되고 있습니다.

온난한 기후와 바다도 산도 있는 풍요로운 자연을 만나 풍광 좋은 장소도 많고 해산물 및 농산물 등 먹거리도 풍부합니다. 게다가 전국시대, 간토(関東) 8주 오다와라 호조씨를 비롯해 에도시대에는 역참 마을로서, 근현대에는 정치인의 별장지로서 다양한 모습을 가지고 있던 오다와라는 깊은 역사가 있어 관광지로서의 매력이 가득합니다.
