我付费购买会员、付费下载曲谱，结果出差去外地把工作手机登着账号带着，现在仅凭异地IP就封禁账号，还不让续费，直接剥夺我付费使用的权益，我之前下载的那些曲谱和资源也全部不让我使用，总共只有两台手机登录，而且都是我本人的，如果有人有两个手机都要封禁吗？自己花钱买的资源还不让用。客服态度也很很差。

谱，平台理应明确告知限制原因和解决途径，而不是单方面切断服务，监管部门也该加强整治，规范这类APP的运营行为！这个app完全不公平合同来的，就是你花钱买他家会员 他只要想把你封号。就可以直接封号然后把你的钱吞掉
