Скачал приложение, чтобы купить билеты, а именно этого мультфильма нет в приложении.

В личный кабинет не зайти,оплатила билет на фильм,билета так и не увидела

Зачем делать приложение, если через него нельзя купить билеты ? Оплатил дважды за билеты, средства с счета списались а вот подтверждение о покупки билетов так и не пришло. В итоге 1920 рублей просто выкинул в пользу кинотеатра или кого-то там. Может это мошенники сделали приложение ? Не рекомендую использовать приложение! В приложение нет возможности написать в тех поддержку и телефон указанный там не работает !
