“掌证通”APP是上海CA中心自主研发的的移动数字证书产品。用户可通过APP在线申请移动数字证书和电子印章，完成在电子招投标、电子签章等业务中的扫码登录、扫码签章、扫码加解密等业务操作。

非接触式扫码操作，无需插KEY，简单便捷。

无需集成USBKEY驱动插件，兼容各浏览器，降低插件限制。
