AI生成のため、誤訳、漢字の音読み訓読みの誤りが乱発していて意味が頭に入って来にくい。

すみませんが、無料トライアルを解約します。この解約方法もわかりにくいです。
私はAppleのiPhoneでアプリをトライアル中ですが、アプリ内に示された指示によると、「設定」の中の、サブスクリプション内に表示されるFlashbook が存在しませんでした。ですのでここからのトライアルをキャンセルすることはできませんでした。（きっとトライアル中で正式契約後では無いことが理由だろうと推察されます。）

そのため、メールアドレスへ解約希望の主旨を送りました。処理をお願いします。

アプリ内を解約するさい、設定中のサブスク一覧に出てこない為、トライアルの期間など、わかりづらくいつのまにか契約になってしまう。解約する際もサポートにメールをして、解約の手続きをおこないましたが。終了アプリです。

返金して欲しい。

AIに読ませるのはいいけど漢字の読み方や、イントネーションが間違ってるので、作業しながら聞こうと思いダウンロードしたのですが、全然本の意味も入って来ませんし、本当に客のことを考えてない。ダウンロードを後悔してます。。。。
