## What is 記憶奪寶?

「記憶奪寶」是與香港中國婦女會合作的創新電子訓練應用程式，為長者增強記憶和認知能力帶來了突破性的方法。

透過長者友善的界面和個性化的練習，此程式提供互動且愉快的學習體驗，而數據收集可監察用家表現和訓練效果，隨時隨地都可以提供系統性和以生活為導向的記憶訓練。 

此程式根據首套專為華人而設的長者記憶訓練教材「記憶奪寶」研發，主要針對記憶力開始衰退或有早期認知障礙長者。

教材套件由香港賽馬會耆智園的研究部和香港理工大學，證實教材能夠有效改善老年認知障礙患者的注意力、記憶力、生活質量和情緒。
