問い合わせの機能があるのですが、メッセージを入力しても送信ボタンが押せません🥲

とても良いアプリで、3年生の子供の漢字の勉強に利用させてもらってます。

ただ、何故か3年生の漢字だけ遊べなくなりました。アプリをアンインストールして入れ直してもデータが引き継がれているせいか、選択できません。

引き続き3年生の漢字の勉強がしたいのですが、どうすれば良いでしょうか？
