随着互联网、大数据、元宇宙等新兴技术不断迭代，文艺作品创作与传播需紧跟时代发展趋势，不断创新传播方式和手段。为贯彻落实党中央网络强国、文化强国战略的新要求，助推文艺品牌和文艺精品积极“上云”“用数”，提升传播力和影响力，中国文联大力开展优质文艺作品线上推介阵地建设，推出文艺精品线上展示传播APP —— “艺看”。
艺看 APP 为互联网用户提供一个可以线上办展、线上观展的快捷服务平台，并且还提供国内的14大艺术门类的各界艺术家及其艺术作品的展示与介绍，以宣传各类艺术藏品为主要目的，大力开展优质文艺作品线上推介阵地建设。
