## What is 居喀?

芝麻糊是以黑芝麻为主要原料，通过将黑芝麻进行烘焙、粉碎，再加入其他配料混合糊化，最后将混合糊液烘干成粉状、破碎筛分。
芝麻糊制作完成后还需进行产品自检，主要通过其形状、表面光滑程度、色泽、滑腻度、芝麻香味、颗粒感、口感甜度等方面进行择优筛选。
芝麻糊含有大量的脂肪酸、蛋白质、糖类等成分，以及丰富的维生素A、维生素E和钙、铁等营养元素，可供人体补充营养。自古以来芝麻糊就被认为是滋补强身、延年益寿的佳品。芝麻性平味甘，有补肝肾、益精血、润肠燥的功效，如果选择适当的配料，还有其它功效，可谓是家中常备的滋补美食。
