هذا التطبيق خاص بالمتابعة الرقمية والارشفة الالكترونية لأحداث وفعاليات اليوم الدراسي . ووسيلة التواصل بين المدرسة والاهالي ,
 يهتم بمتابعة الطالب يوميا وتسجيل واثبات مجريات اليوم الدراسي ومشاركتها بشكل فوري مع ولي الأمر .
 ويهدف من جهة أخرى إلى توزيع المهام بين المعلمين بحيث يخف الحِمل ويسهل العمل ولا تتراكم المهام . 
فكل معلم يهتم بمعلوماته ويقوم بادخال بياناته ويرد على ملاحظاته واستفساراته بسهولة ويسر .
 يقوم التطبيق بتوفير كل العمليات اللازمة للإدارة ، وعمل الاحصائيات والمقارنات وتسهيل الحصول على المعلومة والوصول إلى البيانات  لمن له صلاحيات الوصول  .
إدارة متكاملة عبر الهاتف بدون الحاجة الى جهاز كمبيوتر أو موقع اليكتروني حيث يتم التحكم والتعامل مع كل البيانات عبر تطبيق الهاتف .
 مع امكانية الربط المباشر الى جهاز الكمبيوتر بطبيعة الحال لترحيل البيانات من وإلى التطبيق .

 تم تقسيم التطبيق إلى مستويات بحيث تحدد المدرسة الطموح الذي تريد الوصول إليه فقد تبدأ مدرسة فقط بتسجيل الدروس والواجبات ثم بعد ذلك تريد تفعيل المستوى التالي حتى تصل إلى تفعيل كامل التطبيق ليشمل كل العمليات من الدروس والواجبات ليصل الى ادخال الدرجات وتسجيل الملاحظات الاكاديمية والتقييم السلوكي والمهاري للمواد ، 
كما يمكن تفعيل التشات والمحادثة الفورية ، أو إرسال الدروس فيديو وفتح نقاش وتفاعل أو الوصول في النهاية الى الحصة التفاعلية عن بُعد بالصوت والصورة.. والعديد من التفاصيل والخيارات الأخرى .
