แอปพลิเคชันนี้พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อให้เกษตรกรสามารถติดตามความเสี่ยงภัยแล้งในแปลงเพาะปลูกพืชเศรษฐกิจสำคัญ 4 ชนิด ได้แก่ ข้าว ข้าวโพด มันสำปะหลัง และอ้อย จากระบบประมวลผลข้อมูลดาวเทียมและข้อมูลสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นภายใต้โครงการ "จัดทำระบบประเมินพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยแล้งของพืชเกษตรรายแปลงจากแบบจำลองด้วยเทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศ" รองรับการใช้งานทุกพื้นที่ทั่วประเทศ
