## What is 介護プラス?

This is the dedicated app for **Kaigo Plus**, an incontinence care solution designed for home care and home-visit care services.

The app monitors diaper conditions 24 hours a day and notifies caregivers of the optimal time for diaper changes.

By eliminating unnecessary diaper changes and false checks, it helps reduce the burden of toileting assistance.

**More than just diaper monitoring**

As a comprehensive care management app, it enables caregivers to monitor and manage sleep posture, in-clothing temperature, health status, and urination pattern analysis—all in one place.

The app can also be linked with registered home-visit care providers*, making it easier to share information and reducing the time and effort required when requesting care services.
