唯果客服说不要物业费，但唯果客服推过来的中介又说需要物业费，经过商量，住满一个月后把部分物业费返给我，现在已经住了将近半年了，一次返款都没收到，联系客服态度十分消极，消息经常性不会回，不追着问根本不给你反馈，追着问也不一定给你有效反馈，解决方案问不回答，中介也是直接装死，平台就是个草台班子，拖欠几个月欠款一点动静都没有，想骗多少骗多少 反正装死不回
