تطبيق المندوب يوفر حساب خاص لكل مندوب توصيل يمكنه من أستقبال و أدارة طلباته، تحديث حالات الطلب و معرفة حسابات المندوب من ارباح و مستحقات الشركة  تطبيق العميل يمكن العميل من متابعة طلباته بسهولة ومعرفة حالة كل طلب ومعرفة مستحقاته المالية في الشركة كما يمكن متابعة طلباته في كافة الافرع  و يقدم خصائص اخرى مثل خلق الشحنة للعميل اي بامكانه إضافة طلباته و طباعتها

•	تم تصميم واجهات التطبيق بشكل بسيط وسهل الاستخدام، حيث يتم تقسيمها إلى عدة نوافذ، وحسب حالات الطلبيات 
2.	يوفر معرفة دقيقة للحسابات 
•	و يقدم التطبيق محفظة للمندوب والعميل، تتيح لهما معرفة مدى الديون و المبالغ المستقة من و الى الشركة 
3.	التقارير
يوفر التطبيق إحصائيات  للعميل، تشمل جميع الطلبات الناجحة والراجعة، بالإضافة إلى تقارير حول الطلبات .
4.	خلق الشحنات 
•	يوفر التطبيق امكانية خلق الشحنة للعميل و متابعتها من خلق الشحنة و الطباعة والنقل وتحديد تفاصيل الشحنة بالكامل بسهولة وسرعة 
5.	تحديث حالات الشحنات 
•	يسمح التطبيق لمندوب التوصيل بتحديث حالة الشحنات بطريقة سهلة وخطوات مختصرة، مع إرسال إشعارات انية بالتحديثات وتوضيح أسباب تغيير الحالة، 
•	يمكن تحديث الحالات عن طريق الباركود
6.	البحث 
•	يمكن البحث عن الشحنات من خلال فلاتر  من معلومات الشحنة سواء اسم او رقم او رقم وصل …الخ  ويمكن البحث عن طريق الكيو ار
7.	المنفيست او سجل الشحنات اليومي 
•	ضافة نافذة المنفيسات التي تحتوي على معلومات حول شحنات المندوب وعدد الشحنات في ذلك اليوم
8.	الموقع 
•	يوفر التطبيق للمندوبين خدمة معرفة موقع الزبائن بكل سهولة ويمكن اعادة طلب الموقع  بسرعة
