看视频不小心就下载了，但是没注册过，从去年11月开始在花呗每周扣¥68元，一直不知情，月中才弹出支付宝有扣费，反映Apple客服要求退费两次被驳回，也没说明原因，强烈要求退回所扣的费用，这个完全是一个诈骗App。

手机管家误充值，误操作充值，造成损失730元。当时我第一时间去找苹果申请退款，但是提交退款两次未通过。苹果这边无法拦截损失，但是软件方我联系之后一直在推诿服务。造成我的经济损失，我需要手机管家需要这边帮我把会员权益回收，如果不处理我就去联系黑猫协助我处理，请尽快联系我处理问题，谢谢。
