这是一个非常不错的新的切煤软件，总体而言客服的回应效率挺快的。在我使用的这不到一个月当中，软件也在不停地更新完善，从最开始切下物品可能要比较长的时间到现在居然在凌晨两三点钟左右也能在20分钟以内切下我想要的东西，这让我觉得非常的惊喜，另外也开始支持查看购物车里所购买的东西的重量了，总而言之，这是一个一直在改进，并且不断听取意见的非常好的软件。
