뷴명 일주일되기전에 멤버십환불요청을했는데 안해주려고 답장도 안하고 지금 2주지났다고 안해주려고 하는거 같은데 계속 문의 답장조차안함 취소 이력도 인원이 없어서 안한거고 취소 위약금도 내가 물었는데 왜해주시는거죠

친구 추천으로 가입하려했으나 불쾌한 경험만 하고 갑니다. 약속한 인터뷰시간에 등장하지 않고 펑크내는 인터뷰어 덕분에 시간만 날리고 고객센터 하나 없이 1:1 문의 창구만 있지만 2일째까지 답변이 없고 3일차엔 문의가 지워졌네요. 인터뷰를 진행하지 않아 문의가 지워진걸까요? 다른 분들껜 이런일이 없었으면 합니다
