我抢的全程票，加了一堆附加费。结果帮我抢了其中一站，然后全部附加费收完了，以为抢两段拼一起，也没有沟通，其余票款自动退回，其他站就不抢了。请问其他站我是逃票站过去吗？莫名其妙！我交的附加费是按全程交的，如果我买10个站交100块附加费，你帮我抢一个站也收100，他X有病吗？一个站加这么多钱我买商务座都够啦！投诉也不知去哪投！
