## What is 親指力テスト?

現代人は非現代人と比べてスマホを酷使しており、スマホを親指だけで操作することも珍しくありません。すなわちスマホの長期間の使用は、間接的に親指を発達させていることになります。本アプリではその発達した親指の総合的な力を測定し、自分の親指の力を再認識します。

【実施要項】
1．テスト実施に当たっては、測定者の健康状態が十分であり事故防止に万全の注意を払うこと。
2．テストは定められた方法のとおり正確に行い、必ず親指を使用すること。
3．テスト前後には適切な準備運動及び整理運動を行う。
