About

When you're on edge, take one breath first. Open it and start. There's a capybara on the screen, and their belly rises and falls with each breath — just follow along. One minute counts. BREATHE WITH THE SCREEN Three practices, all free: • Balanced Breath — in and out for the same length; good for a first try • Longer Exhale — breathe out a little longer than you breathe in; the loosening is easier to feel • Breath Counting — count from one to ten; if you drift, go back to one You can set the pace to whatever length feels comfortable. OR CLOSE YOUR EYES Turn on sound guidance and a soft cue marks every breath in and every breath out — no need to watch the screen. Halfway through, you can press the power button and put the screen to sleep. The practice keeps going on its own and ends with three gentle strikes. Three cue sounds to choose from: singing bowl, chime, waves. Don't want sound? Turn it off in Settings. COME WHENEVER YOU WANT TO Capy is here every day. Come back tomorrow, come back in a month — it's the same welcome either way. The calendar keeps the days you came. That's all it does. WHAT COSTS MONEY Exactly one thing: unlocking the places Capy's friends live — Pond Bridge, Tea Veranda, Stargazing Terrace. One purchase, yours for good. The practices always stay on the free side. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Open it and use it. Every record lives on this device only, and it all works in airplane mode. THINGS YOU MEET IF YOU STAY • Every finished practice earns an orange you can give to Capy • Gone a long while? Capy hands over the ones they saved up • Now and then you get invited over to a friend's place • Places you've visited turn into polaroids in an album • Capy and every friend can be named by you Capy was already fine. Just glad you came.

What's New in Capy's Breathing Diary

2.1.0

August 10, 2026

2.1 adds sound — and English and Japanese. SOUND GUIDANCE • A soft cue marks every breath in and every breath out, so you don't have to keep watching the screen • Press the power button mid-practice and the screen goes dark; the practice keeps going on its own, and ends with three gentle strikes • Three cue sounds: singing bowl, chime, waves. You can preview them in Settings • Don't want sound? Turn it off in Settings and it behaves exactly as it did before ENGLISH AND 日本語 • The whole app — interface, narration, place names — is translated. The Japanese was reviewed by native speakers • It follows your device language, and you can also pick one in Settings Also: the waves no longer sound like a loop, and the night home screen is a little darker.
