## What is Райхон Такси?

Rayxon Taxi is a ride-hailing app for Nookat, Osh and the surrounding area. Tell it where you are and where you are going, and you will see the exact fare before you confirm the order. No haggling at the end of the trip.

HOW TO BOOK A RIDE

1. Open the app — your pickup point is detected from your location. You can adjust it by hand or pick it on the map.
2. Enter your destination. Add stops along the way if you need them.
3. Choose a fare class, check the price and confirm.

After that you watch the car drive to you on the map, and you know the driver's name, the car model and its plate number. During the ride the app shows roughly how much time is left.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• The fare is known upfront. It is calculated before you order and does not change along the way.
• Live car tracking on the map, from the moment a driver accepts your order until the ride ends.
• Several fare classes to choose from, from economy cars to roomier ones.
• Stops along the route. Need to pick someone up or run an errand on the way? Add a stop.
• A note for the driver: which entrance, what landmark, "call me when you arrive".
• Promo codes and bonus points for your rides.
• Pay in cash or by bank card. A card is linked once and confirmed with an SMS code, and you can remove it at any time.
• Two orders at the same time. Book a car for yourself and another for a relative — both appear on one screen, each with its own route.
• Ride history with the route and the fare for every past trip.
• Saved addresses: home, work, favourite places, so you do not type them again.
• Rate the ride and leave feedback about the driver once the trip is over.
• Push notifications when a driver is found, when the car arrives and when the ride is complete.

SERVICES

Besides regular taxi rides the app offers Ayal Taxi, a service with a woman driver at the wheel — a goodfit for women and for trips with children. Delivery and cargo sections are available in the app as well. Which services are actually running depends on your city; if a service is not available in your area yet,the app tells you so directly.

LANGUAGES

Kyrgyz, Russian, Kazakh and English. The language is switched inside the app, independently of your phone's language.

SIGNING UP

By phone number: enter your number, get a code by SMS, and you are ready to order.

LOCATION

Location access is used to detect your pickup point and to show you the car on the map while it is on itsway. You can use the app without granting it — you will just need to enter the pickup address manually.

• A new design. Every screen has been reworked: booking, the map, the menu and settings. Larger, clearer text, tidy fare cards, nothing in the way.
• Two orders at once. You can now keep up to two active rides and switch between them on a single screen, each with its own route, driver and fare.
• A clearer order map. The route, the car and the time left until the end of the ride are visible right away, with no extra taps.
• Stops along the route are easier to add and reorder.
• Picking addresses is quicker: saved places and search suggestions are more accurate.
• Bug fixes and performance improvements.
