콘서트가 있어서 미리 예매를 해뒀는데 5일도 남지 않은 상황에서 갑자기 취소를 해버리는 업체…그러고 하는 말이 대체 교통편 확보를 위해 조기 마감 해드린다는게 정말 황당한 대처라 최악의 경험을 하고 갑니다. 교통편이 얼마나 중요한데 이런식으로 일처리하는게 말이 안된다 생각하고 그냥 무조건 큰 업체 사용하세요. 정말 최악의 경험입니다.

앱에 여기저기 오류가 좀 있고 타사에 비해서 가격이 싸서 반신반의한 마음에 이용할까말까 고민이었는데 구글쪽 리뷰 믿고 이용해봤습니다. 버스는 리무진 버스에 직원들도 친절하셔서 경험이 좋았습니다. 앱만 좀 잘 개선되면 완벽하겠네요.

업데이트 하라고 계속 뜨는데 앱스토어 들어오면 이미 되있음. 노선 선택했는데 품절이라고 뜨면 그 전으로 돌아가기가 안되서 앱을 껐다가 다시 첨부터 해야됨
