vip구독 후 500 열독 coin 지급한다 해놓고 안 해주고 자동 일주일 결제고.. 500열독코인도 안주면서 충전하면 준다는 식.. 피드백 보내기는 한글도 띄어쓰기도 안되게 되어있으면 왜 있는건가요?

한번 결제하면 자동으로 구독갱신되게 되고 사전안내 없이 일주일만에 계속 결제됩니다. 해외결제 막아두니 핸드폰으로 청구가 되네요. 악질도 이런 악질이 없습니다. 총 세번 결제된 것 중에 하나만 취소해주고 나머지는 묵묵부담이며, 고객센터 탭은 그냥 장식입니다. 글이 아예 안써져서 문의하기가 매우 어렵습니다. 이런 앱을 앱스토어에서 왜 승인을 하죠?? 페널티를 줘야하는거 아닙니까????? 절대로 다운받지 마세요!! 최악입니다!!!!!!
