我2月分下载了你们软件，不知道怎么就每周扣费48元，中途一直没收到任何提示扣款信息，昨天无意间在抖音月付里面看到已经连续扣了19个月，我在苹果售后申请亏款，她们让我找你们，下载后当天用了两次，就删除了软件，后面一直在扣费，太恶心了。希望你们退回我恶意扣费。

这个软件在扣费前没有给我推送过预先扣款的通知，导致我在不知道的情况下被扣费了17笔费用一共768元，已经找apple申请了两次退款但是没有通过，现在希望通过软件渠道处理一下这个问题，发邮件也不回
