"معك"  هو التطبيق الموحد للموارد البشرية في وزارة الحج والعمرة، صُمم ليمنح جميع المنسوبين تجربة رقمية متكاملة وآمنة لإدارة شؤونهم الوظيفية والإدارية بسهولة ومرونة، وبما يواكب مستهدفات التحول الرقمي في القطاع الحكومي.
أبرز الخدمات في  "معك"
الإجازات: تقديم ومتابعة جميع أنواع الإجازات إلكترونيًا بكل سلاسة.
الانتدابات: إدارة كاملة لإجراءات الانتداب بدءًا من الطلب وحتى إنهاء المهمة والصرف.
الوثائق والسجلات: الوصول الفوري إلى البيانات الشخصية وسجلات الرواتب والمكافآت والتدريب، مع إمكانية رفع الشهادات وطلب خطابات التعريف المعتمدة وتحديث البيانات إلكترونيًا.
خدمات المدراء : متابعة فرق العمل، بالإضافة الى تقديم واعتماد الطلبات بكفاءة وفعالية.

"Maak" is the unified Human Resources application developed by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, designed to provide employees with a secure, streamlined, and fully digital experience for managing all their work-related responsibilities in accordance with the government sector’s digital transformation goals.

flexible access to personal records, salary statements, bonuses, and training history. Upload certifications, request official letters, and update personal information

Monitor team performance and efficiently handle the submission and approval of requests.
