## What is 健康回溯?

主要功能是能导入之前导出的健康备份数据：

1. 备份的健康数据导回 iPhone
2. 支持查看 ECG 记录，需要放置在名为 electrocardiograms 的文件夹中
3. 查看 GPX 运动路径，兼顾高度信息
4. 超大备份数据的恢复

目前测试 700MB 大小的 XML 备份文件可轻松读取，流式读取文件，理论上不限制文件大小。


使用说明:
1. 将你之前导出的健康数据放到你的 iPhone 上，通过 iPhone 的 “文件” app 可以操作。
2. 打开这个 app，在设置中选择刚才放置到 iPhone 上的文件夹。
3. 就能查看和导入健康数据了。
