## What is 生命余额?

生命余额——生命倒计时与愿望清单。把剩余时间变成看得见的数字，把想做的事写下来、一件件完成。

【生命倒计时】
基于出生日期与健康习惯，估算你的预期寿命，用年、月、日、时、分、秒实时倒计时。
还有多少次日出、多少个周末、几次生日、几次能和父母见面？用「生命余额」把时间具象化，提醒自己：时间有限，值得用在重要的事上。

【愿望清单】
在离开之前，你想完成的事——旅行、体验、学习、关系、事业、健康、创作……分门别类写下来，设定目标年龄，追踪完成进度。
从梦想到打勾，每一笔都是人生进度。

【健康因子】
睡眠质量、运动频率、饮食、每年探望父母的次数……可选填写，用于更贴近你个人的寿命估算，让倒计时更有参考意义。

【隐私与本地存储】
出生日期、健康信息、愿望清单等所有数据仅保存在你的设备中，不会上传到任何服务器。应用可完全离线使用，你的数据只属于你。
