使用后发现闹钟模式固定，无法单独调整单日设置。自带排班标签功能实用性很差：标签仅支持3个字符以内，在排班标签下新建闹钟，还不能自定义闹钟名称。
为什么排班标签只有两个提醒？还不能支持自定义闹钟名字？我不喜欢用不是很正常吗？日常还有其他日程安排给闹钟命名区分是刚需，可这个功能仅首页闹钟能命名，排班标签内却不支持，整体逻辑完全不符合我的日常使用需求。
我只是客观说明软件不适合我，没有任何情绪性语言，给出了三星中性评价，没想到开发者非但不接纳真实使用反馈，还出言鄙视、指责我的评价不负责任，沟通态度十分恶劣。
1. 打分是用户的正常权益，三星只是如实表达使用感受，如果你连中性评价都无法包容，很难做好产品
2. 我的需求源于日常真实使用场景，现有功能适配不了，是产品本身的问题，和别家软件有无同类功能无关，另外我也找到了适合我的闹钟软件，极简闹钟
3.开发者本该理性看待用户建议用于优化产品，不该带着负面情绪指责，贬低提意见的用户
因极差的沟通体验，修改评价为一星，不推荐。

不知道什么情况，没动任何设置，但是今天就是闹铃没响，之前从来没出过这个问题，还请开发者大大测试一下，是不是有什么bug？

**Developer response:** 暂时没有收到类似的反馈，可以从2个方面排查 1:看下铃声与触感反馈里面闹钟的音量是否正常，建议关闭用按钮调整 2:关闭系统的注视感知功能，这个有bug会误检测 。如果2个都OK基本上断定26系统系统偶发的bug，等待苹果修复。
