Doctor Note 是專為醫師與醫療工作者設計的病患管理 App，讓您在繁忙的門診中快速記錄、追蹤每位病患的重要資訊，不再遺漏任何待辦事項。

【主要功能】

快速建立病患資料，記錄姓名、生日、身分證號、電話及 LINE ID。App 自動計算年齡，一目了然。

▸ 科別分類
依內科、外科、骨科等科別分類管理病患，切換科別篩選，立即找到目標病患。

▸ 臨床筆記 & 待辦追蹤
- 備忘錄（Note）：記錄診斷、治療方針、追蹤重點
- 待辦事項（Todo）：需要追蹤的報告、聯絡事宜
- 標記「緊急」，確保重要事項不被遺漏
- 完成後打勾，清楚掌握進度

輸入姓名、身分證號、記錄內容或標籤，瞬間找到相關病患資料。

▸ 一鍵聯絡
直接撥打電話或開啟 LINE 對話，快速與病患溝通。

▸ 多裝置雲端同步
手機與 Web 版資料自動同步，診間電腦、手機同步更新，離線也能正常使用，上線後自動補同步。

▸ 帳號安全
支援 Email 密碼及 Google 帳號登入，資料綁定個人帳號，安全無虞。

免費版：可管理最多 10 位病患，完整體驗所有功能。
Premium 版：每月 NT$ 60，無限制病患數量，適合門診量較大的醫師。

訂閱說明：
- 服務名稱：Doctor Note Premium
- 訂閱週期：1 個月（按月訂閱）
- 訂閱價格：每月 NT$ 60
- 確認購買後將從您的 iTunes 帳戶扣款。
- 除非在當前訂閱期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，否則訂閱會自動續期。
- 帳戶將在當前期限結束前 24 小時內收取續期費用，並確認續期費用。
- 您可以隨時在 App Store 帳戶設定中管理訂閱並關閉自動續訂。
