## What is Жер телімі?

“Zher Telimi” application is an educational platform designed to teach citizens of Kazakhstan how to obtain land from the state free of charge.

According to Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

), every citizen aged 18 and above has the right to apply for a free land plot.
