Sober Island helps you quit drinking — gently, with a little humor.

Two tiny companions live on your home screen: an angel who cheers you on, and a devil who tempts you. Their dialogue changes with your mood, your streak, and the time of day. The longer you stay sober, the more you'll see them grow with you.

  When a craving hits, tap "I want a drink." A 30-second timer appears. Most cravings pass in under a minute — you just need to wait them out. If you make it, log the win. If you slip, log it honestly and start again. No shame.

  See what's happening inside your body, hour by hour and day by day:
